Memories

MEMORIES When will the new ones arrive? When will the old ones be replaced? It’s been so long now, how much longer will I have to wait? As each dawn arrives I hope today will be the day. But then the sun sets and another day has slipped away. I try as hard as I can but it’s a hopeless campaign. I keep trying to replace my memories of you but all my efforts are in vain.
