Memories
On an early Christmas morning our love affair started.
You were hanging from my handle bars.
Grey and big with a diaper on.
I picked you up and held you in my arms.
From that day forward, we would be friends forever.
I named you Rocky, you didn't seem to mind.
You were there when I would cry at night.
I hit you, and did not mean to.
You saw the good and heard the bad.
So glad you were by my side
when I was growing up.
Your favorite spot to sleep was by my side.
Then you fell apart, I sewed your eyes back on.
I fixed the ripped that your diaper got.
Eventually you were to much, for me to take care of.
So, I put you in the trash.
Never forgetting all the fun we had.
You never left me alone.
You were more to me then a stuffed bear
wearing a diaper and a bib.
You were a little girls best friend.
