I can relate Caren. One time the airline just put a note in my mail folder telling me I was awarded a flight but never called me. Then they called after the flight departed to say 'you missed your flight'! : )

Today I walked into a 12 meeting at 12:30 and five others came later, as none of us got the memo it had been changed. When? Who knows? How? Who cares?
