Meet Me

Meet me at my coffee shop,
I’ll make you a drink at the bar
Meet me at the park
While I wish upon a star
Meet me at the mall
As I shop away my sorrow
I wish you’d brighten up my day
The destined sad tomorrow
Meet me outside my class,
Or in the school cafeteria
And what a miracle it’d be
If you met all my criteria
Meet me here, there,
Meet me anywhere
Just don’t keep me waiting
It’s a wait I can no longer bear
I’m doubting your existence
I’m close to giving up all hope
The more time that passes
Only makes it harder to cope
So prove me wrong
In every possible way
Tell me that you’ll meet me soon
And forever, with me, you’ll stay
Meet me now
Meet me anywhere
I’ll be waiting, Love
Just promise you’ll be there
