Meditation For This Day Thank You Sunshine

A Thought Bubble Requires - Quiet Space

Allow space to settle inside your mind and receive you like the sun 
let it warm your every image, then place yourself into the framework
of your peaceful, celestial body.
Sit quietly then expand the emptiness of your shape and form. 
(take a moment to breathe in, hold your breath then exhale)
A thought bubble requires time to expand, look through the 
iridescent light of your mind's eye and draw the Divine Light
towards you. It will shine within you and surround you with 
God's sweet protective love. Warm as a candle lit in the evening's
prelude.  The angels will surround you and offer you the quiet
space for your thoughts, desires and needs. 
Forget all of yesterday's worries and place yourself inside this
moment of pure Grace. 
(take a moment to breathe in, hold your breath then exhale)
Allow serenity to settle in your mind, then receive it, like  
the noon day sun...
