Medahceeds of Amalfi

This Topped with a Balsamic Blueberry Vinagereette will
make oh-ah-ooh sounds come from your pot's
 cabaret,crooner special...........

 1/2 cup Roasted pumkin seeds
1/2 cup of crisped bacon crumbs
1/4 cup of mozzerolla
1/2 cup of parmesean cheese grated
1/2 cup of drained chopped spinached cooked
1 teaspoon of grated chicken liver
1/2 teeasoopn of fish stock
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon oif nutmeg
1/3 cup of sauteed onions
4 Tablesoopns of garlic minced
4 tablesspon of olive oil
1 grated egg yolk
1/4 cup of sauteed mushrooms
1 teaspoon of vinagar
1 teaspoon of cayeene
mix well and set aside for 3 to 4 hours
3 tablesppoons of brandy
1 tablespoon of honey
2 cups of cream cheese
serve with roasted lamb slices
on texas toast garlic bread slices
a basil garlic and olive oil tomato and cucumber side mixed with yogurt
to add a tangy side for tomato lovers
great sandwiches with out the yogurt
