Me and My Fading Lies
I leave, you can never know why
Believe, we’re making each other die
Deceived, pulled up out of the ground
I grieve, but you can not hear the sounds
I feel, but it seems I have to hide
I’m real, but only when life’s denied
This deal, things are dead inside
I’ll steal, and I will feel just fine
If life was me I’d hate it and I’d burn
Wait a second there’s something I’ve just learned
Turn your way and see if you discern
All these lies from the things that can’t return
I see, but you’re just part of a lie
Received, I take you out of my life
Where’s she? I’m numb and I can not cry
I’m free, but I will never know why
Open me if you really need to know
Selfishness is our game, it’s just a show
So screw parading and let’s just give it a go
In your mind, being human seems so low
Can you really hear anything?
Are you real or just following?
I don’t think I ever want to see
What you are deceives your seed
You’ve found the safest place to be
So stand back and never breathe
No, you still don’t know what I’ve said
But do not worry because soon you’re dead
