Me

I used to live a happy life
it was carefree.
Very seldom,
did I let what people think get to me.

I was the happiest person
with a big ole smile.
Never did I like to be hated
unless there was a damn good reason stated.

I feel as if I’m different
Things have changed, mature, developed and grown.
And I’m just an outsider
not a very good fighter.

However now I’m at home
in a beautiful place like this.
But for now I must move on and not be a part,
this place will always remain in my heart.
