Maybe Someday

Maybe someday,
Someone will see me
For what I am.
Maybe someday,
Someone will notice the beauty,
I'm hiding for decades.
Maybe someday,
Someone will get on their knees, 
And say you're the best thing I have.
Someone will hold my hand,
And go wherever I took them.
Maybe someday,
Someone will break into smile,
At the sound of my name.
Someone will love me,
Like it's their last breathe.
Till then,
I'm waiting forever,
People come and go,
I give them all my love,
Haven't got any in return,
Still I do same things again and again,
Hoping ,
Maybe someday ,
Someone will love me,
As much as I loved them.

Someday yes, people will learn to appreciate what they receive, what you give shows how kind you are and that makes you stand out and special, and sometimes evn if they leave the way you made them feel so good wont be forgotten, and they will realize. Heartfelt poem. Felt this deeply

Hi, Curie! I ran over thankful for your comment of my poem, “Ask & it shall be given. Seek & you will find.” This is true of love as well as truth. I had a fairly long dating time. When things failed, i LEARNED the Faith to believe i must get oast this one to get on to THE one God’s chosen 4 me, which turned out to be true. But, like The Situation said, he was shy & i had to initiate, gently, alot. Have faith! Good men like brave women. Lots of single, good men go to church, Hmmm

There has to be someone for you. If you put out good vibes, it will come. Just don't be fooled. Some people are not what they show themselves to be. Lovely poem
