May Your Body bless my body
May Your Blood bless my life
May Your guidance
Lead away from every evil fief
May Your Body bless my body
May Your Blood bless our lives
May we fear God
As did the Exodus midwives
May Your Body bless our body
May Your Blood bless kirke life
May we gather in Your Midst
In every war and strife
May Your Body bless this body
May Your Blood give life on and on
Luther said "Das ist dein blut"
Upon apheresis syphon
May Your Body bless somebody
May Your Blood bless this life
Let us not put asunder
What You bind in man and wife
May Your Body bless anybody
May Your Blood incite new life
And point us to the Missionary
Keeping cadence with drum and fife
