Mark Get Set Go

The lights are flashing like cameras, you inhale and your ready to take off for the race. You hear screams, see faces filled with joy, and at first you start at a slow pace. Slow and steady with no directions to guide you to the finish line. You don't know whether to go left or right so you pray that God sends a sign. You take a couple of wrong turns and it throws you way off track. Now because of those mistakes you have no choice but to go all the way back. You can't go back to the begining but you can retrace your steps. No one said this race was going to be easy its like doing 600lb reps. Reps that will cause pain that only the strongest of the strong will be able to bare. But they say anything is possible even the impossible through prayer. Everyone wants to come in first place nobody wants to be dead last. Some people are willing to do anything to win because they know their not fast. But what people fail to realize is that its more to this race then the prize at the end. If you haven't noticed sometimes the cheaters in the winner circle do start to blend. No matter how famous you are cheating and cutting corners can turn your win into a myth. But your separation from them is depending on the reasons why your running to begin with. Legends and records are meant to be broken and they sometimes die. Because alot of other runners after you gone are going to give it a try. Legends fame and fortune can only last during your race Because it will all cease to exist when you come in last place
