Mania

Waking up today What role will I play? Rambling thoughts, pacing around My mind is ghost, never to be found Today is great! My soul will blossom Oh no, nevermind, I'm back to rock bottom Highs and lows Excitement and woes Will this ride ever slow down? My life is a circus, and I the clown

I know all too well the role of the clown, the Joker, the Comedian...it's manic ranging up and down the mountains of "Modern Times" mingled with the imaginings of the ever-turning mind. Archimedes' got nuthin' on us, eh? I like this piece, but the time for darkness is ending, ..."let us not talk falsely now...", let's take this Alternating Current and turn it into Direct Current so as to find a new equilibrium in our streams. "The Show Must Go On", might as well make it a joyful one again!Salut!

I really like this! I especially like the circus and clown metaphor, it’s like an extra surprise at the end. The overall message comes across really well. It was understandable while still being interesting. I’m looking forward to reading more of your work!
