Managing My Diabetes Part One
Managing my diabetes?
Let's face it managing my diabetes I have not been doing very well at all,
instead I have been giving myself the lowest academic grade possible,
F-, the exact same failing grade I have been awarding the Biden
administration.
Lately my blood sugar glucose numbers have ranged from: over 600,
over 400, over 300 and over 200! There is only one sure fire cure,
my beloved Lord and my sweet Savior, none other than Jesus Christ.
Who is both my lord and my redeemer of my life.
Have I been a faithful follower of Jesus Christ?
No! I have not been in the least bit faithful to Him although He has been
very faithful to me! In my thought life is where I have been the least faithful
to my sweet Jesus Christ! I hereby dedicate the rest of my remaining years
of my life in His Service! What would Jesus do if He were in my shoes?
He would trust in His Lord with all of His heart and lean not unto His own
understanding asking His Father to heal his double mindedness!
Which is purely a rhetorical question because I is I and not He
who actually does suffer from both double mindedness and a
vain imagination! What is the cure of both my diabetes and my
vain imagination? The answer is my Lord and my Savior of my
life, none other than my sweet Jesus Christ! His word is a light
unto my feet and a lamp unto my hand.
Can insulin and medication cure my diabetes?
The answer is no but I do not want a complete healing all because
I suffer from in-grown toe-nails and I need special diabetic support
shoes. If God healed me of both of these--than I would accept a
complete healing! I would like my blood sugar range to be ranging
from 80 to 130 instead of 80 to 150!
I was told that increasing my insulin levels cannot alone manage my
sugar diabetes. I am powerless to change my bad habits and relying
solely upon my strength and the strength of others is insufficient.
But is also comforting and reassuring too!
In Christ alone I make my stand there by the power of Christ I stand!
He is also the Great Physician, as well as the healing and the ministering
servant.
(If I come toward towards Him, He will come to me according to
Terry M., the co-host of the 700 Club.)
If I wait upon the Lord, He will renew my strength, I will mount up with
wings like eagles, I will run and not be weary and I will walk and not
faint! Isa. 40:31.
Grace and peace be unto all of you,
All of my love in Christ Jesus!
