Man With the Voice

There was a man named Elvis Whom they say had a gift That gift was his voice A voice, that always had a lift. He was a great man who lived A friend to everyone he touched He was happy making others happy, Let the poor, feel there was hope; He had a voice, that did so much. Gave the meaning of giving Like air to which we breathe Enjoyed grateful looks, of the living, To see he's trying to help out; In a life, with so much misery. So here we go with that voice That was trying to change this world To be more of a giving one And let us know, we all, have a choice.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
