Man Is Delusional
Man is delusional.
In each dumb thing
Does he see, for a god
What's worth finding.
In elephant, snake
And goat-like Pan.
The dignity of worship
Degrades he, Man.
Bows to the morning
One, I suspect
By reflective impulse
Has to connect
To what high does rise
And bright, brighest
For that light which is Light!
God through God's zest!
