Mama Loved Me

Little boy three,
fell, and scraped
his knee.
Mama brushed it off,
and carried me.
Young man cries,
from a broken heart.
Mama found the time,
to comfort me.
Things I’ve done
within my life.
Whether they were,
right or wrong.
Mama had faith,
and believed in me.
One thing I know
beyond a shadow,
of doubt,
Mama, loves me.
