Malaise Days

Let me ride this shooting star
it's gonna take us oh so far
besides we haven't got a car
let me ride this shooting star

Baby, it's the nuclear age
f$ck, I've got the modern rage
couldn't we just turn the page
baby, it's the nuclear age

What's so great about reflection?
shots in the dark for a connection
let's pretend we're not insane
seems there's nothing left to gain

Let me ride this shooting star
it's gonna take us oh so far
besides we haven't got a car
let me ride this shooting star

Thought I saw you yesterday
and I've got so much left to say
wish I could make it go away
I thought I saw you yesterday

What's so great about reflection?
shots in the dark for a connection
let's pretend we're not insane
seems there's nothing left to gain
