Make a Wish

I make a wish on each eyelash and shooting star
God, enable man to discover cure for Alzheimer’s disease
Don’t let the supreme human brain fade, rot and scar
to lose self, cognizance and lifelong memories
Wish loved ones no longer languish under the crease
