Majestic Invitation

I listen to shadows whispering
in the realm of my imagination
a soft enchanting calling
the most prestigious invitation
      presented to me each day
      to the land of vibrant fantasy
      I find myself on my way
      adrift on a magical sea
with the blanketing of each night
I'm swaddled in a new vivid dream
yet another exciting invite
to  float down creativity's stream
      so, in the lovely morning hours
      I accept the invitation to write
      gathering my creative powers
      wielding inspiration's light
