Magical Theater
If a human has lived well, they do have this!
Their very own living, colorful remembrance
magical theater.
Of family and friends, and great lovers, too.
That flicker on a colorful, living, screen.
Of New Year's Eve, in the snow,
And that New Year's Eve kiss.
Magical, sparkling moments, wrapped in moments, divinely gossamer!
Even moments that are strictly taboo.
Which is your life's most precious
revenue.
Some may think memory, should be dismissed.
But, to me, it's like the secret
world of lit peacock feathers.
I write of blooms of yesterday's
Tempestuous bugaloos.
And tender nights of sultry surrender.
