I am a vegetarian Alkas, since 1982. But I pick and choose, like I found out many rastas do. I eat cheese and yogurt, but no other dairy. I also eat the occasional fish, but tend more toward shrimps; calamari, and such if the mood fits me right. But I know a Rastaman and he said the same is true with them; they can me dietary flexable; but never ever any alcohol. I love my wine jajaja. Thanks Alkas.
