Made In the Shade

Some people are driven to succeed

In their chosen fields of endeavour

To me, success is measured

By a happy home life

And the number of friends one accumulates

Through the years

Quality of life is all important

Not the number of cars in our driveway

Not the amount of dollars in our bank account

Friends are a true gauge of our success

Lifelong friends are like pure gold

A treasure that is unmeasurable

Add that to a happy family life

And you have it made in the shade

My home life was my life, till Dragon came along. Now we run track, and have fun, as I remain at home! He helped me paint the house, the other day. My part was to remain on the ground. Still I fell and it took 3 tries to get up off the ground. The paint flew all over, as Dragon tracked it around! Whoa is me his foot prints went up a tree! How he did it I'll never know! The hose cleaned all including his feet. Tho I kept them on the tree. Too unique, those prints to see! Totally amazing to see!
