Lyrics of Light
Trust, hope, love, and belief is what we all want in the end
Yet unseen scars are bleeding and burning within
Walls of mistrust and misery are closing in
“Time can never mend the careless whispers of a good friend”
Open hearts and minds aren’t to blame
Harmony is shattered at a cost
Among ignorance, tolerance is lost
“We’re one but we’re not the same”
When dust settles and you can again find the path
May your soul gather peace with its journey
May you meet others whose hearts are free
“Just remember you are not alone in the aftermath”
The stars, they may not always align
Though the ones that can, will glow forever
Join them, endure, just be…however
