Lyric Tendency

All of us
        experience 
something lyrical 
                at times
Words dance in the mind 
  like 
     birds 
floating on moving water
Funny, isn't it?
   How nature tells her tale
 in an ordered pattern
      The lyric tendency 
  fills us with "awe and wonder"
The power of nature wells up
       within us
  when the spell is spoken
  Whispered in the wind 
        words striking the ear 
lead us to a better land
A new ground where miracles 
are everyday occurences
    If I am not
       mistaken 
The time for magic 
        is now!
