Lucky Weed

On almost every acre
be it corner, yard or farm.
You will find a little tiny weed
thought as a lucky charm.

But the story of the clover,
told one leaf at a time,
is the story of true love
of which there's but one kind.

The first leaf of the clover
symbolizes faith.
Faith that everyone on earth
forever stays within Gods grace.

From the center of this tiny plant
stems pedal number two.
Symbolizing hope for man
in all that he may do.

Now we come to pedal three.
The precious gift of love.
Perhaps the greatest gift of all
from our father up above.

The trilogy completed.
We have our lucky weed.
Faith and hope and all that love.
What joy Gods given me!
