The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

Low Earth Orbit

Not quite on hold
    but holding on for sure
Cyclical unfolding
    that we both endure

Over the horizon
    uncertainty at best
Each day a fresh arising
    by which we are blessed

Orbiting ever lower
    ‘gainst gravity’s harsh pull
Only tugs the mortal coil;
    free, our hearts are full
