Loving On Borrowed Time

Another kiss in the dark,
Will it be our last meeting in the park?
I just can't seem able to stop
Think I'm gonna love you till I drop.

We might have said goodbye
More often than we care to remember
But no matter how hard we try
What we shared,we can't help but remember.

Though it appears like you belong to my best friend
I don't understand why from where I stand
I see things so differently,sometimes
And think about it everytime the clock chimes.

Many times I have felt your fears
And I've tasted your tears
But you gotta know do or die
Is what makes heroes fly.

Hurting my best friend
Is the last thing on my mind
But love sometimes makes us blind
And we don't seem to mind.

Maybe if I had just met you
Another place,another time
Would loving you
Be such a crime.
