Loving In Circles

I am in love
that's the end
no fancy words
or play pretend
for my heart belongs
to the perfect man
and all is well in my world.

Yet I find myself
questioning
and my head is filled
with wondering
and doubt soon
takes control
and fear rules my mind.

Perhaps I've been
disillusioned
maybe I've come
to the wrong conclusion
and my heart wanders
in confusion
as it is lost outside my body.

I am in love
that's the end
no fancy words
or play pretend
for my heart belongs
to the perfect man
and all should be well in my world.
