Love's Touch

Slowly and softly
His fingers glide
Winding slowly over my lips-
On and On
With every passing;
Nerves shiver and dance
Chills spread like wildfire
Unstoppable—upon my head.
My heart is throbbing and creating a musical note.
“Oh me, his hand is on my throat.”
Gently and sweetly
His fingertips caress.
His lips as divine
As a monk’s silent oath.
Lightly he kisses under my ear.
Moving only an inch, whispers
“Dear sweet, sweet flower,
No fear shall shadow or seek you,
No doubt of my love shall greet you,
For I am only yours to keep.
You are the air I breath.
May my love follow you
into the deep.”
