Love's Fight
no more running, no more heartache
theres only so much someone can take
either you want it or you dont
either you'll try or you wont
you cant have it both ways
you have to do, not only say
you have to stand by your word
you have to be seen as well as heard
take charge and do whats right
don't let it go without a fight
once you give it all you can
reach out and open up your hand
your eyes, your ears, and your heart too
its right here in front of you
if you trust in a love so blind
i promise that you will find
happiness to the fullest extent
with someone who was always meant
to play that special role in your life
your friend, your companion, your partner, your wife
