LOVE'S DAWN

The sunburst yawns its shining light,
Sparkles, whirling and breaks the night.

Its brilliance dancing as if on wings,
Sparkling, radiant, magnificent things!

The dewy mists creep away
And flee the scene at break of day.

Its joyous light has just been spawn,
Springs from the clouds and spins the dawn.

Your laughter moves the birds to sing,
Their rhythm dancing as if on wings.

Brilliant, radiant, magnificent things!
New love paints the world anew,
Lifts me high to dance in its morning grace.
