Lovers In Love
Pure love has touched me, it strokes away my pain
You entered my life, I feel born again
Why has god from high up above
Blessed me with this, your precious love
Your eyes sparkle, as you turn your head
It tells me everything and not a word is said
Your lips are soft and your kisses so, so sweet
I close my eyes and my dreams are complete
Teasing and touching we slide into bliss
How could we have known it would be like this?
Pandora’s Box opened. Emotions fly wild
I hunger for love, I am such a child
Love craves an anger that cannot be understood
It cuts and it hurts, without drawing blood
Why do we allow it? Can it be explained?
Are we mental, stupid, or even deranged?
My heads in a spin, I feel sick and weak
There are no answers for what I seek
Will someone solve this eternal dilemma?
So that our love survives and we can be together
