Lovers Converge

The scent of lilacs filled the air
Without a care
Two take a stroll
One heart and soul

The summer sun sets quietly
Hands touch briefly
And then hold tight
Day becomes night

The moonlight is a perfect veil
For this fairytale
Lovers converge
Two shadows merge
