Lovely Lips

.

                       .love breaks
open our soft veins, ready to devour,
the sweetness that lives in our extacy, each kiss,
each look, each beat of our open hearts, love takes advantage,
of us, in such a succulent, sweet, passionate, corrupted way,
we are devoured by its greedy, power-hungry beast,
we are captured for our lust and all else
that exists without us, one love.

Yes! Love is blind. "Love takes advanage of us." You nailed it. Good read. Love, daver

you are so right, we are taken in by the hunger, and eaten like if it is nothing. s.m.
