Love You So
I can’t tell you what it means to me
To have someone l can trust
Always before the promises made
All ended up dead and in the dust
I have waited my whole life for you
And it is not something I even knew
But I have learned about true love
And my darling I learned it all from you
You taught me about gentleness
And the sweet dear words you say
Give me so many feelings of love
And it grows more so every day
I know you are far away
But that won’t always be true
Our love will bring us together
Yours for me and mine for you too.
There is no obstacle too big for us
We shall be one and always together
It will be for the rest of our life my love
We will always be together, yes forever.
So rest easy in your sleeping
And make coming to me your goal
I am patiently waiting my love
Because my dear, I do love you so.
