Love Unrequited

Love unrequited, so much time wasted
Woman so splendid, what you always wanted
Heart that got busted, wouldn’t get mended
Too much expended, it ended before it started
Feeling so taunted, your mind is haunted
By the memories of your love unrequited

For ATP, my love unrequited

Ah, this is a great piece, John. "so much time wasted"?..hmmmmm..I think not. Maybe a time for growth? If we'd be annuals, and died with each season, we'd need to start from seed each year. Perhaps your heart will mend more easily if you'd stop pulling off the scab. (you know I say this because I think you're a most beautiful man, John:). They say 'when one door closes, another opens'..but these doors are sometimes hard to walk away from. Wishing you so the best! God bless you..Love you, Mikki
