Love, True Love Is Painful

The pain reflects in her eyes
He sadly says, "Hon, I'm sorry but I've got to go."
She screams in pain
She cried all night.
But now she can safely say,
I'll never make that mistake again.
I'll never have to say my heart is broken,
And that I think I'm gonna die.
Love, true love, is painful
It hurts so bad
When you Have to say goodbye....
Love, true love, is painful
When the man you love breaks your heart.
I hope that you don't make my mistake
The men in this world cannot be trusted
I hope the man you truly love never says goodbye.
Cause I know,
Love, true love, is painful
It hurts so bad when you have to say goodbye

True love is painful
Never say Goodbye
