Love Thoughts
My thoughts on love are quiet simple,
starting with comfort in another’s ones space.
A knowledge of each crease and gorgeous dimple,
a glowing feeling when you look at her face.
Your look of love will be returned in kind,
it’s there in the sparkle of her eye.
Words are not needed with your meeting of minds,
the language of love is blind.
Your communication is a dialect for two,
no one else can understand.
Common thoughts and dreams for me and you,
our future already planned.
A unique and electric chemistry is essential,
once you pass the meeting of minds.
The physical connection we have is instrumental,
and will stand the test of time.
Acceptance of the need for individuality,
and understanding of each other’s needs.
Means you can have your own path of spirituality,
or in a fight being able to concede.
All these things and oh so much more,
are filling the hole I had inside.
Jude I'll love you always to your core,
and in my heart you’ll forever reside.
