Notes About The Poem

Love Sustains

Lovers
cling. “Departure”
hovers.

Apart,
they will pray and
take heart.

They know
absence won’t dim
love’s glow.

Very apt to describe their feelings. I like how succinctly your poem speaks of their hearts.
