Love Suffused Awareness
Birth
to death,
feeling life
flowing within,
all we need to do,
is to align with love,
our awareness unbroken,
without sinking into stupor,
at any time of the day or night.
Our journey begins with mindfulness,
cognisant if each subtle pulse,
distilling our attention,
to in-pour love divine,
distanced from ego
resting desires
mirrored by
shallow
fears.
