Love Songs and Eschatologies Part 5

Moving my heart, in a folly of fear To a northern establishment of cold hearted tears. Beckon me dearest, so I may conclude this ravaging tempest, my brief interlude. Pardon me, madam for I am the Sad a lonely, poor fool, with nothing but show. Oh dry wells of fortune giving the rain that eats away the rest of my brain. Reaching and stretching to touch a star and bleeding in fury when I know it's too far. Over the earth like a wallowing mind eaten by women, society and time. I melt in the picture when held to the light and vaporize to dust, as she takes my life. Don't cry for this man, but let it be known I sign all my letters, "With tears, all alone." I'm tired of crying to nobody's home. I tired of sighing alone. I'd die to be left out breathless and bored I'd die to be dead just this once. By and by I can't complain, by and by it's over. So now I sing this song just for you: Andrea. Together we laughed and we sang and we joked together a dream did we chase. You told me forever in love would we run, you promised a soul to me. Through the streets, Through the dreams and in my eyes why are we running? Don't bring me peace, or love, bring me lies. Andrea. So sit back and tell me the voice that you doubt, sit back and shout them. I won't be here in the morning, you know. Say goodbye forever.
