Love Lost At Sea

So many things that seem to hide,
Are washed away like a sparkling tide,
Lost forever out at sea,
How reflective this is of me.

Storm tossed waves of memories,
Frothy thoughts of what could have been,
Fears of drowning in this rush,
Around my head memories are lush.

I hope to see my savoir soon,
Shining at me like the moon,
So beautiful his light shines bright,
I know in second that this is right.

At last he came to rescue me,
A storm tossed damsel lost at sea,
He takes me to his paradise,
To live together till our demise.
