Love Lost

The best of loves
Can lose
Life's rampage
May abuse
 
And quill of pen
Be taken
For there is no
Forward news
 
How can this
Be a system
How can this
Be the way
 
When life needs
Such a rhythm
In all
Eternal way
 
There must be
Such an answer
We must have
Some to say
 
But love's
Eternal wisdom
Keeps the best
Of us away
