Love Left Behind

I gave you my HEART,
My FAITH,
My HOPE.
   And now i have nothing left.
I have no heart to feel.
   I have no faith to keep me going.
I have no hope to share.
   I can not take it back; because i gave it to you, to hold and keep.
I'm a life-less, Dead hearted mortal, who can no-longer feel nor love.
No-longer to feel butterflies in my stomach  as i see your wonderful, warm, caring smile.

Because i gave it all to you.
I left it all behind, so you can love me the way i did,
             And now you're gone.
          Only a memory in my head.

                        but my love for you is still the same.
