Love Is War

Mrs.Wrong just called me,
She’s outside my door..
She wants me to come out
And play a nice game of war.
She says she’ll play fair
(So only her rules apply)
She sounded so convincing
I thought, well hell,
The least I could do
was to give it a try
Mrs. Wrong never informed me
That she’s a witch like her mom..
She skipped using Cupid
and went right to nuclear bombs..
Mrs. Wrong...
So clever to bewitch
Pulled the oldest maneuver,
The Ol’ bait and then b**ch
Mrs. Wrong then so politely said
that I can’t fire back
Cause if her feelings get hurt
Than a false crimes a fact.
She also said
(In her sweetest WarCry)
That she loves me so much
She will be the reason I die.
Mrs. Wrong isn’t very friendly
And she told me one last thing
That when she’s done playing me
I won’t be left with a thing..
And in that moment
I realized with a start
That the Apple that was in Eden
Must of been a mans heart
