Love is Real
You have a lot to say, my dearest dear
But it’s too good of you to think that I can read
What hasn’t yet been written, or can hear
What hasn’t yet been spoken, to proceed
What we have said already, sorting out
The main from meaningless, in order to believe
That love is real, and our time is not about
Some words unspoken, or some texts not yet received.
