Love Is In the Air

Tonight something wonderful started
We laughed, flirted, and glowed
Unmasking my most undignified flaws
Seeping out of me what I know

Yesterday was magnificent
I caught the eye of this guy
He winked, stood up, and tipped his hat
Twas that moment I could have died

This morning the most amazing thing happened
That guy was at my coffee shop
He came up to the counter asking for a napkin
So I wrote him my name and number on a spot

Tomorrow he’s going to call
I know since I asked the man above
Never have I acted a sick fool over a man before
This must be, has got to be, LOVE.
