Love Is a Three Letter Word
Love's been called many things
Some of them we've heard
But I know what it really is
Love is a three letter word
Love is showing compassion
To someone when they're down
Or just an act of kindness
Can wipe away a frown
Love is sharing a friendly smile
Or guiding one who's lost
Love is selfless sacrifice
No matter what the cost
Love can feed the hungry
Give shelter to one in need
Love can cross all boundries
And help someone succeed
Love is light in the darkness
On this narrow road we trod
Love is just a three letter word
For I know that Love is God
