Love Is a Many-Splintered Thing

Love is a many-splintered thing
       It warps; it chips
            It burns ~
         It takes turns

Too cute Gershon. And I believe you're right here. I've got a few splinters from my 54yr. love affair going on here. (and the dang things are festering a bit.) Love this, God Bless, JB

In high school, I picked up splinters sitting on the bench in basketball, waiting for that call (that usually didn't come) to 'Get in the game, Wolf.' Now, a married man, I pick up splinters in numerous ways. ~ 52 Pick-up

Yes, the voice of experience. Well-said, G.W. I enjoyed it immensely.

It takes a 'voice of experience' to recognize another. Thanks, Milt. Have a spectacular evening, Gershon
