Love Is a Long-Lost Friend

They say Love is blind,
So, it is up to us to recognize it when we see it,
Yet even those with 20/20 vision seem to struggle,
To see the golden glow that surrounds it,
Or hear it playing their theme song,
They even fail to feel the arrows Cupid lets loose in Love's name.

With this in mind,
And if you are one of the lucky few,
Who was gifted the ability to greet Love like a long-lost friend,
Don't be shy,
Love is a party animal,
And needs others beside yourself to bask in its glow,
To grow.
